Adestra gets ready to demo abandoned basket solution
4 Sep 2012: Email Service Provider Adestra is gearing up to demo its brand new Conversion Capture abandoned basket technology later this month at the ad:tech exhibition in London. Held on the 19th and 20th of September, the event will see Adestra will be demonstrating MessageFocus abandoned basket functionality which it described as "a new level in email automation", allowing brands to maximise their website conversions by ‘recapturing’ those who have abandoned their baskets and encourages them to complete their purchase.
The solution works by capturing the information needed to re-engage a site visitor including name, email address and the contents of their basket using cookie-less technology.
The company believes this new feature to its MessageFocus solution can instantly improve ROI and reduce the number of basket drop-outs.
