Webtrends Advanced Analytics gains SAP WCEM certification
30 May 2012: Digital marketing optimisation expert Webtrends has confirmed that its Webtrends Advanced Analytics module has achieved SAP-certified integration with the SAP Web Channel Experience Management 2.0 application. The solution has been proven to integrate with SAP solutions, providing analytics related to campaigns, commerce, shopping cart and customer support scenarios with zero configuration.
Webtrends Advanced Analytics for use with SAP Web Channel Experience Management is built on the Webtrends Analytics 10 Software-as-a-Service platform, providing powerful analytics across digital channels based on data collected through a variety of means, including tags, feeds, APIs and public data. The extensible data model enables advanced segmentation, visitor scoring and integration with the SAP Customer Relationship Management application and SAP BusinessObjects solutions for advanced business intelligence.
The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that Webtrends Advanced Analytics 1.0 integrates with SAP Web Channel Experience Management 2.0. Through the integration, it provides customers with SAP solution-specific insights, while performing side-by-side comparisons of other digital assets, including data resulting from mobile, social, site and other campaign efforts, through a highly visual infographic-style data presentation.
