A highly driven Project Manager is required to join a well known and successful retail organisation based in the Home Counties. Responsibilities include defining the Campaign process and system requirements for the loyalty scheme, working with the Campaign System vendor and IT to build and test the new Campaign system against business requirements and training marketing staff to use the new Campaign process and system. The ideal candidate will be of high level graduate calibre (holding a 2:1 minimum degree) and have a strong desire to work in the retail sector. Experience of implementing Campaign Management/CRM systems in a multi-channel environment is highly desirable.
