A leading financial services organisation based in the North West is seeking a self motivated and proactive Customer Insight Manager to join their team. Responsibilities include ongoing maintenance and production of proactive MI reporting designed to enable managers across the company make key decisions around business strategy, and marketing strategy in particular. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and numerical skills, preferably in a marketing background and hold a numerate degree that involves a high level of Statistics or Operational Research. A postgraduate degree in a relevant subject would be an advantage.
