Are you data literate? Is your background in database marketing and CRM? Do you have a strong appreciation of how the effective use of data can help clients achieve their marketing objectives? Can you lead, inspire and motivate clients, not to mention an internal account team?

If you have answered ‘yes’ to these questions, there is every chance that we will want to hear from you.

We are looking for an Account Director to join our data-driven account team, someone who can take full responsibility for the development and profitability of our client accounts.
Key Responsibilities will include:

* Developing an annual plan for each client and ensuring that this plan is adhered to.
* Coordinating all activity on the designated accounts to ensure timely and cost effective delivery.
* Working proactively and in a challenging fashion with senior members of the client team.
* Identifying and acting on business development opportunities within existing accounts.
* Working as part of a team on new business initiatives as required.
* Supporting, developing and mentoring all members of the account team.

It is absolutely critical that you have a background in database marketing and CRM. Also crucial to this role is your data literacy and knowledge of marketing systems and technologies. Applications that do not demonstrate a background in database marketing unfortunately cannot be considered. Ideally you will also have experience working with either retail or pharma clients. You will have strong commercial awareness and business acumen and excellent relationship building skills. Your people management skills will also be highly regarded, and you will have a passion for leading and developing people.
