Joining the newly formed BI Unit your brief will be to assist in identifying high value revenue generating opportunities through better use and management of contact and client data. Your background will be within Customer Data Analysis within a CRM or marketing environment, you are conversant in SQL and Access and are comfortable using analytics tools such as SAS & SPSS. |
