Responsibilities include managing the work load of a small data team who are responsible for the data selection of regular email campaigns, developing a segmentation tool to improve efficiency within the team and contributing marketing based knowledge to the department through coaching and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have a first class degree with strong IT/statistical focus and be highly numerate with excellent attention to detail. You will demonstrate a high aptitude for mathematical problem solving and analytical reasoning.
